August blues

It's literally pouring with rain. I'm finishing off Season 6 of Sex and The City and Charlotte is wrapped up in wool scarf, bobble hat et al. It is far too warm for that right now in August but it's far to rainy to throw on a cardigan.

I'm having a blue day. Quite literally. Blue raincoat, winter tights and an early crossover into an AW10 wardrobe with a full skirt. It's very dark as I had to close the curtains as I'm going full on Autumn Winter before I go to work this afternoon. My coat today (I never thought I'd be saying that at this time of the year) is literally the most practical thing I own and has amaaaaaaazing lining. It's by my favourite cutesy cute brand See by Chloe who have these equally amaaaaaaazing shoes on ASOS. Printed Wedge sandles would look so super cute with black tights and a thick wool knit cape.

Off to try and avoid bad weather hair before I get to work.
